Modern Victorian

This modern Victorian home in West Sonoma County was complemented by an added sunroom, a remodeled bathroom, a remodeled master bedroom and custom exterior trim work on the dormers and porch. The sunroom showcases oak paneling, a vaulted glass ceiling, huge glass windows, and private entry via a custom spiral staircase. The sunroom then leads into the master bedroom, equipped with its own fireplace, skylights and bay window. The master bath is highlighted by its Jacuzzi tub encased by tailor-made woodwork.

Kenwood Creekside

This fully renovated creek side cabin borders Sugar Loaf State Park in the heart of Kenwood. Before the build was started, this diamond in the rough was abandoned and nearly condemned. In order to delve into this project it required a new everything on house keeping; new septic system, new well, new plumbing, new electrical, you name it and it’s probably new. The exterior also required a major face lift, receiving a new roof line with custom dormers along with all new windows, siding, trim, and front entry. Though the exterior and inner workings of the home had suffered through the years, much of the original interior wood work remains intact with the help of a little restoration. In addition, this quaint cabin received an updated tiled kitchen and bathroom along with hardwood flooring through out.

Historic Petaluma Farm House

This historic farm-house underwent a major reconstruction which included a grand addition, 100% remodel, and new garage complete with a game room. Originally built in the mid 1800’s and being the oldest farm-house on the Westside of Petaluma, great attention went into preserving the building style and details of the period without sacrificing the ingenuity of modern materials and design.
